Sharapova vs. Ivanovic

This illustration is of a point played between Sharapova an Ivanovic, two heavy hitters, One would not expect to see these players to hit to the aim points. In the illustration, I have placed a yellow dot where the ball landed for each player's hit in order to make the illustration more clear.

In the 18 frames to the right Sharapova, far, and Ivanovic near, are playing a point of 18 shots. In frame 1 Ivanovic returns serve to the middle and for two more frames both players play to the aim points. Then Sharapova in frame 4 shoots for the angle. Ivanovic continues to hit to the aim points through out the exchange. In frame 18 Sharapova misses wide and Ivanovic wins the point.

Between the two players, 14 out of 18 balls are hit to the aim points. Thus 77% the time, players hit to the aim points, Ivanovic hit to the aim points 100% of the time.
